Grief & Loss

Remember to Breathe

Grief and loss are complex emotions that almost everyone goes through at some point in their lives. After experiencing a loss, you might feel a mix of emotions like shock, anger, numbness, and deep sadness. It's normal to feel like the dark cloud will never disappear, and these feelings can seem overwhelming and scary. But it's important to remember that these are normal reactions to a big loss.

Grief is a complicated process that affects everyone differently. There is no right or wrong way to cope, and each loss is unique in its own way. Types of losses include losing a loved one, going through a breakup, experiencing a miscarriage, facing infertility, losing a job, losing a pet, giving up a dream, or undergoing transitions such as moving or becoming an empty nester.

There are healthy ways to handle and manage your emotions. It takes time to grieve and heal. We all grieve differently.

I am here to support you through every stage of your grieving process. Sharing your thoughts and emotions can help ease the burden of your grief.

I know, I've had my fair share. And life is good.
