Couples & Sex Therapy

What is Sex Therapy?

Good Question!

Sex therapy involves talking and educating about issues related to sex, sexuality, intimacy, and connection and pleasure.

Issues can include, but definitely not limited to;

* Loss of desire or feeling that your own or your partner’s desire is excessive.

* Arousal and orgasm concerns.

* Rapid or delayed ejaculation.

* Sex and intimacy following an affair or betrayal.

* Navigating a non-monogamous lifestyle.

* Fantasy/kink play or BDSM

* Coming out conversations- be it gay, straight, bi, kinky, non-monogamous, or rewriting your own new and unique story.

Sex therapy is often short-term. You will learn to communicate and listen more effectively. Sex therapy helps you achieve a more satisfying sex life and explore a deeper, more intimate, enriching, and fulfilling relationship with your partner(s).

I offer intensive sessions lasting 75 to 90 minutes.

We dive deep.

Sex therapy never includes touching.
